"Dear Sirs, I am writing to thank you for your recent repair to my tankard. The tankard has been with my family since my grandfather, and was given to me this year on my 30th Birthday. Previously I thought I had completly ruined the tankard due to the large dent in the side. However down to the tremendous amount of skill from yourselves and your craftsmen I am delighted to see my tankard restored to its original lustre. It is once again sitting on my fireplace for all those to see it. When people ask in future about my tankard I will be sure to point them in the right direction"
